The Hay Visitor Information Centre (VIC) is here to help you with your every need. Our staff and volunteers are available to assist you with various activities and to answer your questions. Whether it is booking a conference facility or looking for a mechanic, the team at the Hay VIC can help. You can phone the VIC for any queries, or email on haytouristcentre@bigpond.com.

Guided Tours for Tour Companies:

The Hay VIC offers a guided tour of Hay, with the option of stopping at any of our five museums. The guide will board your coach and take you around Hay, pointing out places of interest (historical or otherwise) and informing your group on the history of Hay.
