Hay Agricultural Show

Where we show you what we are made of

The Hay Agricultural Show is held annually every September at the Hay Showgrounds. It begins with the Miss Showgirl Cocktail Party, where the winners of the Miss Showgirl are announced.

Look through the Norm Smith Pavilion, where you will find local photography, cooking, art, craft, flower exhibitions and fleece displays from district properties. Walk down SideShow Alley or watch the speed shearing competition.

Animal displays and competitions include dog jumping, the children's pet section, and the horse events.

There are displays from the local schools, the Rural Fire Brigade, the NSW Fire Brigade, the State Emergency Service, and the Gymnastics Club. Cheer on the competitors of the Bushman's Relay, or taste some of the great food available.

The Hay Agricultural Show is a great day out for the whole family.
